Context & Problem
Bemyapp is a leading technology company specializing in connecting skilled developers with forward-thinking businesses. With the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, they identified the necessity to provide well-organized and dynamic tools and resources designed to train professionals in the complexities of AI.
The goal was to develop a brand and platform that are engaging, user-friendly, and approachable, enabling users to easily navigate and explore a variety of offerings such as workshops, conferences, courses, and articles.
Solution & Role
THE BRANDING
The first step I had to take care of was the branding of the AI User Group. The client expressed a strong desire for the users to genuinely feel like part of a cohesive team and to actively engage in a common cause that resonates with them.
The logo weaves interlocking geometric paths to show the "User" and "Group" as one: interdependent, unified, each part strengthening the whole.
The dot-grid symbolizes a synced community: points are individuals, the logo the organizing force aligning them. It conveys shared coordinates, common goals, and a group operating in harmony.
The platform
More than just a website, the platform was envisioned as a reference platform for all professionals who aspire to learn more about AI and immerse themselves in this groundbreaking technology with workshop, conferences and in-person events.
Alongside a tech-focused aesthetic, the client requested a user experience design that is both clean and robust. The primary challenge was to avoid overwhelming users with too many options, given that the platform serves as a hub offering multiple pathways for users to explore.
We decided to focus on main actions based on the different user personas established during the ideation.
Key takeaway
I learned about AI and its diverse community, seeing the real need for professionals to understand and use these tools effectively. They want control, not just to endure change—they want to be part of it.
In term of design, I needed to create something familliar where people feel confortable and reflecting cutting-edge technology without being cold or overly sterile. This project strongly reaffirmed that effective branding for AI must humanize technology, making complex tools approachable and inspiring creative collaboration. It underscored how crucial it is for design to not just look good, but to clearly communicate value and foster a sense of community.
